My intimate studio located in Algonquin, Illinois, provides an atmosphere that encourages you to let go of your daily stress, focus on yourself, and achieve your health and fitness goals. I offer private and semi-private equipment sessions, group apparatus circuit classes, group mat and PILOXING.
